Stan is responsible for the overall success of the organization. He is active in investor relations, recruiting skilled professionals of high character, and works within the entire organization to define and chase after the vision and mission. He helps conceptualize and mature our products and services, architects the systems that run them, and develops the teams that support them.

As a systems integrator, Stan has implemented solutions spanning enterprise class portals, mobile applications, integration applications, as well as hosting infrastructures. Stan has also served as a forensic investigator, auditor, trainer and conference speaker, and has served as a trusted adviser to government agencies and private corporations domestic and abroad.

Victor

Director of Software Products and Services

Victor oversees our organization's software products and services. In his role, he ensures that our software products are built in accordance with the latest standards for performance, usability and security. Victor's creative way of approaching software development continues to enable our organization to offer the highest value digital marketing solutions to our clients.

Victor has over 15 years of experience engineering web based applications for media outlets, financial services organizations, health care institutions, as well as online retailers. His competitive nature and understanding of what it takes to win is evidenced by the trail of mission critical application development teams he has led.

Manager of Business Processes

We understand that maintaining strong relationships with our clients is as much about the business processes that wrap projects as it is about the projects themselves. Each client, and often specific projects, take on unique approaches to legal review, contracting, reconciliation, etc. Cristina ensures that each project's unique business process requirements are supported from scoping to ongoing support.

With over 12 years of experience tailoring and optimizing business processes, Cristina has enhanced every organization she has served by consistently making it easier for businesses to work together. Cristina's experience spans the retail, non-profit, strategic communications, and technology industries.

David

Managing Principal of Creative Services

David's influence stretches across every discipline within our organization, directing the focus of our efforts on the success of your brand. David has established and evolves the framework within which all creative services are delivered. He leads a culture of intuitive, clean, progressive, and brand-centric design, which is embraced across our products and services.

With 20 years of experience as a nationally recognized designer, David has created award-winning projects in branding, print, web, interactive, and environmental, for clients such as AMEX, Reuters, The Weather Channel, Lucky Magazine, United Nations, and JPMorgan Chase.

Delia

Vice President of Communications

Delia oversees the communications efforts of the organization, developing, refining, and evangelizing our message both within and outside of our four walls. Her work draws the various elements of our organization together under a common mission, focusing everyone on the purposes for which they come to work everyday and reminding them how those purposes should be realized.

With a proven track record for generating a high level of awareness and cultivating sincere and deep perceptions of the organizations she has served, Delia uses new and innovative media and marketing means to raise awareness about our company and keep the industry and clients updated on our latest news.

Dennis

Senior Account Manager

Dennis provides oversight to the operational activities of projects with the purpose of ensuring the integrity of our delivered services and products. He develops tools and programs to transition solutions to client teams and maintains client relationships through ongoing support.

With experience in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Organization Development, and Program Evaluation, Dennis is well suited to empower and support our client teams. Dennis' experience in non-profit organizations brings a refreshing level of flexibility and advocacy to client relationships.

Terry

Account Manager

Terry ensures that our clients' campaigns and solutions meet or exceed their ROI expectations. Terry brings exceptional strength and capabilities with complex data analysis and the ability to find and present prioritized / actionable analytics information. His deep technical background enables him to extend many off-the-shelf marketing automation solutions to strengthen their ability to impact our campaigns' performance.

Before joining Varident, Terry held key positions in the telecommunications industry including over 30 years experience on various aspects of the cellular project at Alcatel-Lucent. Most notably during his time with the company, Terry became a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff in 2006.
